Opening times 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday 51 weeks of the year

 

Fee Paying Sessions

 

Charges for families not eligible for any government funding

Charges for children attending nursery in excess of the government funding allowance

 

• Full day (8am to 5pm) £83.00

• Core hours day (9am to 3pm) £55.00

 

These charges are inclusive of meals, drinks and snacks that are freshly prepared and cooked on our premises.  The charges are also inclusive of all non-food consumables. E.g. Nappies, creams, trips out and extra-curricular activities

 

Funded Sessions

 

Government funding hours are available between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday, these hours can be just term time or stretched across the year

 

It is important to know that government funded hours do not cover the full cost of childcare. Extras like meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, suncreams, trips out, Rugby Tots and other extra-curricular activities are not included in the funded hours.

 

We ask that our parents contribute to these costs, although we do offer the option to opt-out and supply each item yourself on a daily basis.

 

Our meals are home cooked daily, with fresh produce; We are extremely proud of our healthy and nutritious menu. We are conscious of the importance of children eating healthy foods.  Please see our menu, and photos showing examples of some of the delicious meals we serve.

 

 Cost of meals

Morning snacks consist of fresh fruit or sliced vegetables with a variety of carbohydrates, for example crackers and cheese, bagel, breadstick with hummus and many more. The cost of this snack is £1.00.

 

 

 

Lunch consists of a 2-course healthy and nutritious meal with plenty to spare if the children would like a second portion. The cost of lunch is £4.00.

 

Afternoon snacks consist of a variety of fresh fruit salads or vegetables.  The cost of this snack is £1.00

 

Non-food consumables

For babies and toddlers in nappies – Nappies, creams, wipes, nappy bags, tissues, sun cream, bibs, bedding, face cloths. This cost will be £1.00 per day.

 

Extra-Curricular activities

Trips to the park

Trips to Forest School

Sports activities held on the field next to Barley Close school

Rugby Tots

Cooking with Dee, often bringing cakes and biscuits etc. home

Funky Feet music subscription and staff training

Celebratory activities, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Birthday celebrations, Easter, Halloween, Diwali, Christmas

The only cost for all activities is £1.50 per day

 

The extra charges on non-funded days are optional. Parents are permitted to ’opt out’ of Meals, Non-food consumables or Extra-Curricular activities

 

Extra hours are available at the following cost

 

Early start 8am to 9am including 2 course breakfast £10.00

Late finish 3pm to 5pm including 2 course tea time meal £18.00
